Statesville Visitor Center - Grand Re-Opening & Unveiling of Historic Walking Trail

We've MOVED!  The Statesville Convention & Visitor's Bureau is excited to share that we have officially moved into the Statesville Depot and will be reopening our office/Visitor Information Center to the public starting in June 2024.  

To celebrate, the teams from Downtown Statesville Development Corp and Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce will be here to 'Roll Out the Red Carpet' and have an official 'Ribbon Cutting' during National Travel & Tourism Week on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.  

We are also excited to share that in partnership with the Downtown Statesville Development Corp and Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce, we will be unvieling the updated Downtown Statesville Historic Walking Trail.  

Itinerary:

• 8:30am-10am - Join us for coffee, breakfast and networking (Chamber Business Before Hours) 
• 10am - Official Ribbon Cutting 
• 10:30am - 12:30pm  - If your schedule allows, be the first to experience the updated Downtown Statesville Historic Walking Trail.  Embark from stop 1 at the Statesville Depot on a 2.5 mile Historic Walking Trail across Downtown Statesville and help us work out the kinks before we unviel it to the public.
